Mini-clinics for Grades 1-6 Sponsored by OHS Majorettes and Dance Teams

LEARN: Students that participate must choose to perform as a majorette or dancer. Participants will learn various dance moves (as a dancer) and baton twirls (as a majorette) and a full pre-game routine to our great marching band music! Students will then perform the dance and baton twirls and full routine that is learned at the home high school football pre-game on September 25th at the Ontario schools football field.

FEES: Mini-clinic fees are $40 per participant (this includes an Ontario twirling t-shirt, hair bow, and snack at the 9/16/15 practice). In addition, each mini-clinic participant must have a prop of either a baton for the majorettes or pom-poms for the dance. The cost of a either a baton or pom-poms are $20 (if you have your own fitted baton or pom-poms from the performance last year, you will not need to purchase these this year). Also, parents who want to purchase a t-shirt can do so for $12 each.

DUE: All fees and prop costs are due by September 8th (by check or money order only made out to the Ontario Band Club). Additional information about the Ontario Majorette and Dance Mini-Clinic will be provided after the deadline via email to all students who sign-up to participate in the mini-clinic. If you would like your student to participate in the Ontario High School Dance or Majorette Mini-Clinic practices and high school football pre-game performance, please complete both sides of this form and return it to the Ontario Stingel Elementary School office by the deadline of September 8th.
